How We Work
Most installers mount cameras, hand you an app, and disappear. We work in five clear stages, so you always know what's going in, what it costs, and why.
1. Design & estimate drawings — free. We map the camera layout on paper — placements, coverage, cable routes, and recorder location — so you see the full scope and an accurate price before you commit. No charge, no obligation.
2. Issued-for-construction (IFC) drawings. Once you approve, we produce the detailed plan we install from. Nothing gets mounted until you've signed off.
3. Installation. We mount, wire, and configure to the approved plan — cameras, cabling, and recorder, coordinated with your other trades.
4. Testing. Every camera is checked for angle, focus, night performance, and recording, and remote viewing is tested with you.
5. As-built documentation. You get final documentation — every camera labelled and mapped, recording settings noted, remote access confirmed — so you're never left guessing later.

Reliability lives in the cabling, so every system rides on a proper structured cabling backbone — and pairing CCTV with access control in one project usually lowers total cost through shared pathways and one mobilization. It depends on your layout, not a magic number. We do a site walk, find the blind spots and the areas worth covering, and plan the smallest number of cameras that gives you real coverage — no upselling cameras you don't need.
Fixed cameras cover one set view and are the cost-effective choice for most spots. Varifocal cameras let us dial in the exact zoom and angle at install, which is useful for entrances or long sightlines. PTZ cameras pan, tilt, and zoom to cover a large area from one position — good for parking lots or open floors. We'll recommend the right mix for your space rather than putting an expensive PTZ where a fixed camera does the job.
