Credentials

Cards, Fobs,
or Just a Phone.

Pick the credential that fits how each space actually works — and change it without re-keying a single lock.

  • Encrypted cards and fobs for staff and contractors
  • Mobile credentials — unlock from a phone, no card to lose
  • PIN keypads where a reader isn't needed
  • Mix them per door — reader at the front, keypad at the back
  • Temporary and visitor credentials with an expiry
  • Lost a card? Shut it off in seconds — no lock change

Gates & Barriers

Gates, Barriers,
and Parking.

Access control isn't only doors. We tie your yard, lot, and perimeter into the same system and the same credentials.

  • Swing and sliding gate operators for yards and driveways
  • Barrier arms for parking lots and loading areas
  • Vehicle access by card, fob, or remote
  • Door closers and exit hardware fitted and adjusted
  • Safety loops and photo-eyes so nothing closes on a car or person
  • The same access levels as your doors — one system, not two

Locks & Egress

Locks That Hold —
and Let People Out.

Locks are a life-safety decision, not just a hardware one. We size them to the door and the code.

  • Electric strikes and maglocks matched to each door
  • Exit devices and push bars where they're needed
  • Egress stays fail-safe — people always get out
  • Request-to-exit and door-position monitoring on every controlled door
  • Battery backup so a power blip doesn't lock anyone in or out
  • Fire-alarm release and any line-voltage coordinated with the right trades

Control & Reporting

Every Entry,
On Record.

Know who opened what, when — and change the rules from anywhere.

  • Time-stamped logs for every door, gate, and credential
  • Schedules so the building locks and unlocks itself
  • Remote lock and unlock from your phone or computer
  • One-button lockdown for the whole site
  • Access levels by person, group, or department
  • Reports you can pull anytime — no calling the installer

One Partner

One Partner for
Cameras and Doors.

We already run your structured cabling and CCTV. Access control on the same backbone means one contractor, one set of drawings, and no finger-pointing between vendors. We standardize on Kantech, HID, and Avigilon Alta — proven platforms, not throwaway hardware.

  • Access events tied to your cameras — an alarm pulls footage from that exact door
  • One set of as-built documentation for the whole system
  • Coordination with your electrician, GC, or building manager
  • Upgrades and additions to systems you already have
  • Hardware we stand behind — Kantech, HID, Avigilon Alta

How We Work

Five Steps.
No Surprises.

Most installers mount a reader, hand you an app, and disappear. We work in five clear stages, so you always know what's going in, what it costs, and why.

1. Design & estimate drawings — free. We map the door schedule, credential plan, lock hardware, and cable routes on paper — so you see the full scope and an accurate price before you commit. No charge, no obligation.

2. Issued-for-construction (IFC) drawings. Once you approve, we produce the detailed plan we install from. Nothing gets mounted until you've signed off.

3. Installation. We mount and wire readers, controllers, locks, gates, and cabling to the approved plan — coordinated with your other trades.

4. Configuration & testing. We set up people, permissions, schedules, and mobile credentials, link it to your cameras, and test every door — locks, request-to-exit, fail-safe egress, and remote unlock.

5. Handover. You get the logins, the documentation, and a walkthrough. No black box, no being locked into us.

FAQ

Questions,
Answered.

How much does access control cost per door?

For most commercial installs in the GTA, a fully equipped door — reader, electric strike or maglock, door contact, and its share of the controller — lands between $2,500 and $6,000 installed, depending on reader type and door hardware. Multi-door systems bring the per-door cost down, since the controller and head-end are shared. Many clients pair it with CCTV at key entrances for a complete entry record. Fixed quote after a site walkthrough.

Can I unlock doors from my phone?

Yes. Mobile credentials let you and your staff unlock with a phone — and you can grant or revoke access from anywhere, without handing out a card.

What happens in a power outage or a fire?

Egress doors are wired fail-safe, so people can always get out, and controllers run on battery backup through short outages. Fire-alarm release on locked egress doors is coordinated with the fire and electrical trades so it meets code.

Can I see who came and went?

Every controlled door and gate keeps a time-stamped log. You can pull reports by person, door, or date range anytime — no need to call us.

Can it work with my cameras?

Yes — that's the advantage of one contractor for both. We tie access events to your CCTV so an event at a door pulls up the footage from that exact spot.

Do you do gates and barriers too?

Yes. Swing and sliding gate operators, parking barrier arms, and door closers — all tied into the same credentials and access levels as your doors.

Cloud-managed or on-site?

Both. We recommend cloud or on-site based on how many doors and sites you have and how you want to manage them — and tell you honestly which fits.

Can you upgrade or reuse my existing system?

Often, yes. If the readers, controllers, and cabling are still usable, we build on what you have. We assess it first and tell you what's worth keeping.

Control Who Gets In

We'll walk your doors and gates, map the access points, and show you exactly what goes where — at no cost.
