What's Included

One System for the Whole Home.

Residential home security system in Toronto and the GTA

A real home security setup isn't just a few cameras. It's security cameras on every approach, a wireless burglar alarm that reacts in real time, and a video intercom at the door — planned together so nothing's left to chance. Building or renovating? The smartest time to wire cameras is before the drywall goes up — see our smart home pre-wire service.

  • Security cameras. Clear, recorded views of every door, driveway, and blind spot.
  • Wireless burglar alarm. Door, window, and motion sensors that alert your phone and sound a siren the instant something's wrong.
  • Video intercom. See and talk to whoever's at the door, and let them in from anywhere.
  • Smart locks. Optional app or keypad entry, tied into the same system.

Cameras

The Right Eyes
for Each Spot.

Not every corner of a property needs the same security camera. A big part of the job is choosing the right one for each view, so you end up with a clear, useful picture instead of wasted angles and grainy guesses.

  • Fixed cameras. For the spots you already know you want covered — the front door, the back patio, a side gate. Set once, always watching.
  • Varifocal cameras. For the long views, like a driveway or a deep backyard, where we dial in the exact zoom and angle to catch faces and plates instead of just shapes.
  • PTZ cameras. Pan, tilt, and zoom for larger properties, so a single camera can sweep a wide area and zero in the moment something moves.

Coverage

Every Way In,
Covered.

Burglars look for the gap — the dark side yard, the back door no one can see, the window behind the shed. We plan camera coverage in layers so there isn't one.

  • Entry points. Every door and reachable window, framed so you see who, not just movement.
  • The perimeter. Driveway, walkways, gates, and fence lines, covered before anyone reaches the house.
  • Blind spots. The corners and side yards people assume no one is watching.
  • Overlap that matters. Key views covered from two angles, so one obstructed shot never means no shot.

Burglar Alarm

Alarms Without
the Rewiring.

A modern wireless burglar alarm is nothing like the old hardwired panels that cried wolf and got switched off. We install professional intrusion alarm systems like Ajax and Hikvision — long-range wireless, years of battery life, and clean to fit even in a finished home. You arm and disarm from your phone, and you own it: if you ever want a monitored alarm, the system can connect to a monitoring service, but you're never forced into a contract.

  • Door and window sensors. Know the instant something opens that shouldn't.
  • Motion and glass-break detectors. Catch movement inside and the sound of a window going.
  • Sirens and keypads. Loud enough to matter, simple enough for the whole family.
  • Panic buttons and key fobs. Arm, disarm, or call for help in one press.
  • No rewiring. Long-range wireless that reaches across the house and runs for years on a battery.

Video Intercom

See and Talk to
Anyone at the Door.

Half of home security is simply knowing who's at the door before you open it. A video intercom lets you see and speak to whoever's there — a delivery, a guest, a stranger — from your phone, whether you're upstairs or across town, and buzz them in.

  • Door station and app. Live video and two-way talk from anywhere; most intercoms run on WiFi, some stay fully local.
  • Optional indoor monitor. A wall panel if you'd rather not reach for a phone.
  • Remote unlock. Let in a guest, a cleaner, or a delivery without being home.
  • Smart locks and keypads. Optional app or code entry tied into the same system — no more hiding a key under the mat.

Your Footage

Your Footage
Stays Home.

A lot of camera brands quietly push you toward a monthly cloud bill and keep your video on their servers. We set it up the other way around: your footage records locally, you own it, and there's no fee you're forced to pay.

  • Local recording. Everything saved to a recorder in your home, not a stranger's data centre.
  • No required fees. The system works fully without a subscription.
  • Optional cloud backup. If you want an off-site copy, we can add encrypted cloud backup — your choice, not a default.
  • Secure remote access. Reach your cameras and alarm from your phone, locked down properly.

Service & Support

Call the Person
Who Installed It.

When something needs a look, you reach the person who set your system up — not a call centre, not a queue. Pay as you go when you need us, or put it on a Care Plan and stop thinking about it entirely.

  • You call the installer. The person who built your system is the one who picks up.
  • Pay-as-you-go service. Something acts up, we come and fix it — no contract required, billed per visit.
  • Straight answers. If something isn't worth fixing, we'll tell you.

Maintenance

Or Put It on
a Care Plan.

If you'd rather it just be handled, the optional Care Plan — our maintenance plan — keeps the whole system in top shape for a simple recurring fee, so small problems get caught long before they ever reach you. We size and price it with your install.

  • Scheduled check-ups. We test every camera and sensor on a set schedule, so nothing quietly fails.
  • Batteries and updates included. Sensor batteries swapped before they die and firmware kept current — no surprise call-outs.
  • Priority response. Plan members jump to the front of the line when something needs attention.
  • Member rates. Any extra work beyond the plan is billed at a lower member rate.

Common Problems

Sound
Familiar?

Most people don't call us because they're shopping for gear. They call because something already went wrong.

  • “The camera only recorded after.” Grainy footage of someone already walking away.
  • “We stopped arming the alarm.” So many false trips that the whole family ignores it.
  • “I never know who's at the door.” Especially when you're not there to find out.
  • “Everything's behind a monthly fee.” A system you paid for, held hostage by a subscription.

Why It Matters

Home Feels Different
When It's Covered.

There's a specific kind of calm that comes from knowing your home is watched — that if a window opens, a pipe bursts, or someone's at the door, you'll know right away and you can do something about it. That's the real product here. The cameras and sensors are just how we get you there.

How We Work

Five Steps.
No Surprises.

  • Walk the property. We look at how your home sits, where people approach, where entry risks are, and where coverage needs to go.
  • Design & quote. You get a clear plan and a fixed estimate before anything begins. The assessment and quote are free.
  • Install & set up. We mount the cameras, place the sensors, run any cabling cleanly, and install the recorder and hub, leaving your home tidy.
  • Configure. We set up the app, alerts, and any cloud backup, tuned so notifications are useful instead of constant.
  • Test & walk you through it. We confirm every camera, sensor, and alert, then show you exactly how to use it from your phone.

FAQ

Home Security,
Answered.

Do I need security cameras, an alarm, or both?

Most homes are safest with both — cameras show you what happened, a burglar alarm reacts while it's happening. We'll tell you honestly what your home actually needs, not the biggest package we can sell.

How much does security camera installation cost in Toronto?

For most homes, a professionally installed 4-camera system lands somewhere between $1,500 and $2,500 — depending on the cameras you choose, how the cabling has to run, and your home’s layout. Bigger properties and more cameras cost more; a small setup costs less. The free assessment gets you a fixed quote for your actual home before anything begins.

How many cameras does my home need?

Most Toronto homes are properly covered with 3 to 6 cameras — front door, driveway, backyard, and any blind spots or side entrances. Corner lots and larger properties sometimes need more. We walk the property and tell you the honest number, not the biggest package.

What burglar alarm systems do you install?

Professional wireless intrusion alarm systems like Ajax and Hikvision — reliable, long-range, years of battery life, and clean to install even in a finished home.

Is the alarm monitored?

By default it's self-monitored — it alerts your phone and sounds a siren, and you stay in control. If you want a monitored alarm, the system can connect to a monitoring service; we set that up, but we aren't the monitoring company.

Do the wireless sensors need rewiring?

No. They're long-range wireless and run for years on a battery, so there's no tearing open finished walls.

Can I see and talk to people at my door?

Yes — a video intercom lets you see and speak to anyone at the door from your phone, and unlock for them remotely if you'd like.

Do you install smart locks?

We can, as an option, tied into the same system — app or keypad entry instead of a key hidden under the mat.

Are there monthly fees?

None are required. Your footage records locally and the system runs on its own; cloud backup, a monitored alarm, or our Care Plan are optional add-ons if you want them.

Do you offer a maintenance plan?

Yes — an optional Care Plan covers scheduled check-ups, sensor batteries, updates, and priority service for a simple recurring fee. Prefer not to commit? Pay-as-you-go service is always there, and the person who installed your system is the one who comes back.

What if I already own cameras or a system?

We'll keep what makes sense and tell you straight what's worth replacing, rather than ripping out everything to start over.

Do you cover the whole GTA?

Yes — we install across Toronto and the GTA, including North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, and Mississauga.
